AFFECTING REAL CHANGE
We measure culture for organizational improvement
We are dedicated to bringing our clients positive, lasting change through culture measurement. Because the culture of an institution will always determine its path.
Measuring Culture is Real
Much like the phrase, “A person’s character becomes their destiny,” an organization’s culture also becomes its destiny; the path it will follow.
And while a positive culture yields positive results, a poor culture will eventually and inevitably yield poor results. Yet, if results are failing, how can the culture of an organization that is in peril be changed? The answer: to drive systemic change in an organization’s culture, the culture itself must be measured.
But how is culture measured? Can culture even be measured?
At CultureQuantified, starting with safety and risk management and moving into areas such as education and loss-prevention, we have created an effective method of culture measurement that has been recognized by the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense as having one of only two systems they advocate. And this methodology can be applied to any organization, no matter its size or its mission.
There is no question that when an organization’s overall culture is in crisis, the organization itself suffers. Yet, to affect real culture change, the culture itself must first be measured.
“If you can’t or won’t measure culture, you can’t systematically and positively change it…knowingly.”

The Culture program is very helpful and I feel everyone needs it. Culture has made me a better employee and coworker by giving me the willingness to work safe and empower others to work safe and efficient.
