An Overview
At CultureQuantified we work with our clients to cut through the noise, in order to quantify and understand their organization’s culture.
How Do We Do This?
We start with a comprehensive consultation in which we engage you in a collaborative process to better understand your current culture. Then we discuss how our tools might best be utilized within your organization. First steps might include a visit, presentation of our tools, and short training session. Next: We work with you to identify certain “champions” who can help spread the message to others. Then, we engage a larger population with education and training.
What Happens When You Contact Us
An initial conversation will consist of an explanation of our process, and questions about your specific business. How we approach your organization will depend on many variables. Understanding your current culture will help us custom design an initial visit and training.
A first on site visit would be an introduction to our philosophy and materials for those in your organization who would be responsible for primary implementation. We call these people champions (of the process). This usually takes one to two days.
Then, a first “measurement” of your current culture is advised. This will provide you with a baseline culture score. The measurement tool consists of a unique set of questions based on universal principles of excellence.
This measurement tool is called our Culture Barometer and can later be customized to cater to your specific liking.
After the first visit, we will leave you with the tools required to implement culture management. Most importantly, clients must understand culture management is not an event, it is a process. In order to be successful, habits must be built and sustained. Our process will help you build those habits required to have long lasting, and meaningful cultural awareness and improvement.

The three scorecards below are a few ways we collect data. They lead to measurement of general organization culture, safety culture (a subculture), and the third, a way for associates to evaluate the quality of their leaders.
