The father and son team of Don and Todd Eckenfelder have six decades of combined culture measurement, and consulting experience.
Don Eckenfelder
Don was a corporate executive with Chesebrough-Ponds — a Fortune 100 company — and is a Past President of The American Society of Safety Professionals and The American Society of Safety Research. He authored “Values-Driven Safety” a landmark book in loss prevention and many articles in professional journals. He has been a speaker at conferences around the world. Don has a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Todd Eckenfelder
Todd has worked both in the building industry, and then as an educator. He has worked closely with his father to improve corporate culture for more than a decade. His professional focus has been in secondary education, where he has implemented culture quantification and management with numerous schools, and has consulted with various others. He also has experience in values-driven safety consulting with construction companies, focusing on injury reduction practices.
Paul Hoffmann
Paul has worked in the corporate training and certification industry for over 30 years. He has built professional certification and training programs and is passionate about cultures. Paul has worked with all types of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 100. He continues to run a quality control company for the past 20 years.
